DealFinder.pro is operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Contact us at support@dealfinder.pro.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed, never plain text).
• Profile data — zip code, store preferences, notification settings.
• Submitted deals — product names, UPC codes, prices, store locations, photos.
• Travel data — origin, destination, dates entered when searching flights or planning trips.
• Payment data — billing details for Pro/Power subscriptions processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.

Collected automatically

• Pages visited, searches, feature usage, clicks, and time on site.
• Device type, browser, operating system, and IP address.
• Location (city level) from IP address, or precise location only if you grant GPS permission for the barcode scanner.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and personalize your deal feed.
• To power the community board, leaderboard, and watchlist.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To send price alerts and deal notifications you request.
• To improve the platform through anonymous usage analysis.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data is stored on Supabase servers.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all billing; their privacy policy governs payment data.
• Aviationstack — flight data API used for flight search. Route queries are sent to their servers.
• Anthropic Claude AI — powers the AI Trip Planner. Your trip prompt is sent to Anthropic for processing.

5. Cookies and Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your session and preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Submitted deals are retained to maintain community integrity. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@dealfinder.pro. Business records are retained 7 years per IRS requirements.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

• Access or correct the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal holds).
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.

9. Children

DealFinder.pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
