Terms of Service
1. The Service
DealFinder.pro is operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC, a Florida LLC. We provide a platform for discovering retail clearance and penny deals, community deal sharing, and AI-powered travel planning including flight search. We are not a retailer, airline, or travel agency. All deal information is user-generated or AI-assisted and may not be accurate or available by the time you visit a store.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Users under 18 require parental consent.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@dealfinder.pro if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Community Content and Deal Submissions
When you submit a deal, photo, or comment, you grant AR Consulting Pros LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on DealFinder.pro. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We reserve the right to remove any content that is inaccurate, offensive, or violates these Terms without notice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro and Power plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile page. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused portions of annual plans; monthly plans are not refunded. Plan features may change with reasonable notice.
6. Travel Features
Flight search is powered by third-party APIs (Aviationstack, Duffel, or Mystifly). Displayed fares are for reference only and are subject to change. DealFinder.pro is not an airline, travel agent, or booking platform. Any booking made through a third-party link is subject to that provider's own terms and policies. We earn a service fee on confirmed bookings made through our platform.
The AI Trip Planner uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate travel suggestions. These are AI-generated recommendations only and should not be the sole basis for travel decisions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated deal information.
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform without written permission.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate leaderboards, points, or community systems.
- Introducing malicious code or interfering with platform operations.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEAL INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR STORE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FLIGHT FARES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DISPLAYED PRICE. USE OF DEAL INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AR CONSULTING PROS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: WASTED TRIPS TO STORES, MISSED DEALS, FLIGHT BOOKING LOSSES, OR TRAVEL DISRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AR Consulting Pros LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts or through binding arbitration at our election.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
